I'm trying this one out. I'm branching away from pizza (just for a bit!) to talk about how to make awesome homemade crunchy tacos.
Make everything the way you normally would. The meat with the seasoning, buy regular yellow corn taco shells, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, whatever.
Then. The secret is to take the seasoned meat and put it in the taco shells and then heat up the taco shells. With the meat in them. Just for like 5 minutes. So that when you take the tacos out and begin to eat them, the bottom of the shell is a tiny bit chewy and crunchy all at once. And heating up the seasoned meat in the oven gives it an extra bite.
